Returns & Refunds

returns on products that are in new condition and are returned in the original packaging 7 days from the date of delivery. "New condition" means that the product has not been installed, Recharge started or ridden. All returns must be submitted to the website, for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for shipping the product(s) back to us. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned without a (RMA#) or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refuse.

² Products damaged due to negligence or abuse will not be returned.

² Refund with original payment method. The customer will only be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

² Once we receive and inspect the Product, we will process the refund within two business days.

² If your product arrives damaged or defective or is found to be defective within the first 3 days of normal use, a replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of pnkltd.com

² Returns are not accepted on products that have been altered.

² All returns must be Website submission in advance and given a Return Authorization Number (RMA #).

² Return Authorization Number(RMA #) is required before any replacement Refund will be accepted.

² Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.

² All returned products must use their original packaging.

² Promotional items are  FINAL SALE ITEMS, no refunds allowed.

² Due to the nature of some products, such as open box items, we are unable to accept returns for them.

Warranty:

 Each PNKLTD product comes with a 6-month warranty. For warranty services, please keep your original receipt and/or invoice to validate proof of purchase.

² Products damaged due to negligence or abuse are not covered by the warranty parts can be purchased directly from our website in these situations or pay extra.

Please carefully follow our process to minimize any delays:
1. Provide valid order ID.
2. Mark the delivery date.
3. Describe the problem in detail: What happened?
4. Send a clear photo showing the problem or defect(s),

Note: Please do not return the product before obtaining the RMA code published on the website. Failure to follow our policy to return goods and any refund request is invalid, and all costs incurred will be borne by the customer

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PNKLTD be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to: incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. PNKLTD is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death caused by misusing the item.
